Hi,

I wanted to ask about crypto. i recieve my salary in crypto. And sell it at same price or in loss, still i have to pay 30% tax? Or i should file taxes in normal slab rates

No Caption Gain Or Profit. So i guess i should file it in normal tax slab rate according to the income?

My cost of accusation of is 91.50rs. and i have to sell it for 88.50. please reply. Thank you.

A.Dear client,
If you have dabbled in crypto transactions, not only will you have to report the gains or income therefrom during the financial year in your income tax returns, a detailed disclosure of all your trades will have to be made under a separate VDA (virtual digital assets) schedule.
