A.Dear Client,
When you won the case against TPDDL on the subject matter then for non-implementation of the Court's order after the lapse of 2 years, you need to file a complaint over non-implementation either before the concerned Court or before the Electricity Ombudsman praying for an order directing the power supply agency for early implementation of the order.

A.Dear client,
Firstly, continue to follow up with TPDDL regularly to inquire about the status of the meter installation. Reach out to their customer service department and provide them with the details of your case, including the court ruling that allows for pole shifting. Persistence may help expedite the process.
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from TPDDL, you can escalate the matter to higher authorities within the company. Seek contact information for senior management or complaint resolution departments to present your case and request prompt action.
Additionally, get in touch with local representatives or elected officials in your area who may have influence with utility companies. They can advocate on your behalf and inquire about the progress of the pole shifting process. Consider seeking legal assistance to expedite the process. Consult with a lawyer who specializes in utility or property-related matters to explore your options and enforce the court's ruling.
Engage with other affected residents who are also awaiting meter installations and pole shifting. Collective efforts may draw more attention to the issue and increase the likelihood of a resolution. If necessary, consider approaching the consumer forum or relevant regulatory authority that oversees utility companies to lodge a complaint about the delayed meter installation.
Maintain all relevant documentation, including the court ruling, correspondence with TPDDL, and records of any follow-up actions. While navigating this situation can be challenging, perseverance and utilizing all available channels of communication can increase the chances of resolving the matter and getting a meter installed at your home.
