Collection Agent Harrasment

Hello All,

In the year 2015, I had taken a personal loan of Rs 300000/- from bajaj Finserv in Bangalore. Till last month the collection agents come to my place and collect the cash. The due date is on 25th of every month.
This month I had lost my job and I was unable to make the payment. I had conveyed the same to the agent who had called. But he was very abusive and harrassed.
Hence I had escalated the issue to the Bajaj Finserv people regarding the same and had requested time to make the payment to which they had agreed.
However the agent has visited my place when I was not present instead my mother was there all alone. They had literally shouted at her and harrassed her.
When my mother had called me and told I spoke to the agent and the agent's manager stating that I had already spoken to the Bajaj Finserv regarding this and got a confirmation. But the agent manager was vetmry abusive and demanded that he need it right now and he also mentioned that he does not care if we talk to bajaj team.
I had told them that I have taken a loan from bajaj and liable only to them. But he said that bajaj pays my salary and it is my money. He was also abusive to my mother. Need legal advice and want to know if I can log a legal complaint against the agent and his manager for harrassment.
