Not returning money got through RTGS

Sir my friend assured for high money return for investment. I transferred 3.4 lakh in two installment through RTGS, now after year long not returning assured money and even capital amount. Not lifting phone Please advice how to recover money from him

A.dear client in your case Do you have a signed copy of the agreement. If yes, then please share. the transfer of money can be proved before the court but the reason for transfer has to be proved also. Please share the available evidences to ascertain the viability of the case and to get a professional advice for the same.

A.You have to get issue a legal notice and then file a suit for recovery of money. You will definitely succeed

In money matter all goes well there is friendship, however it is always safe to have strict business dealing in money matter. You have to issue a legal notice through your counsel and take his advice & counselling to get back your money.
