CIDCO allotted a plot to Developer vide Agreement of Lease for certain period.Further the developer after construction on the plot , entered into lease deed for a single shop constructed in the plot with XYZ person. Now XYZ is going to mortgage the property with Bank . The developer has given NOC . After that is it necessary to obtain NOC from CIDCO

A.dear client in your case It is required to obtain NOC from CIDCO being original owner of Land of Government of Maharashtra by allotment,acquire,lease or any terms & Govt of Maharashtra, particularly it is needed in case of shop to avoid any complicacy later on. A.If bank requires get NOCfromCIOD otherwise not necessary. Usually is not required and covered by agreement between Developer and CIODO
