Promoter Delay complete the flats

I have booked a flat and agreement was registered but promoters did not complete the flats and saying due to Pendamic HERA grant all promoters extra time of another one years. But payments made full instead of installments according to construction stages as per HERA promoters can receive only 40% of Value but he taken100% and allowing 5% discount. With a time of handling over property by DEC22 but till not completed and verbal saying Jan 24. What to do in this case.

Since the real estate project is an approved project of RERA, for any deficiency on the part of the Promoter, you need to lodge a complaint to the Adjudicating Authority under RERA against the Promoter for deficiency in service for redressal of your grievance. Now, complaints can be filed online before the RERA for redressal of grievances.
