Hi sir,

My name is prakash we have a dkt land of 4.92 acres in Andhra Pradesh in my grand mother's name she passed away 2 years ago ahe have only daughter that is my mom we have issued patta for that dkt land and we have title deed and passbook it has been made online also suddenly revenue department deleted our record in online and made it as ANADEENAM when we ask they are telling u have been not enjoying the land from years but we have mango plants in thta land many of them died and few plants are there can I fight legally.

A.Dear Sir,
You may go to higher revenue officers to restore your land and to cancel such orders of directly approach the High Court.

A.Dear client,
Let us reiterate that the Revenue department cannot tale your land over such grounds when you are claiming that you are using the land for growing mangoes etc. Please file an injunction suit against the department in the civl court
