A.Dear Client
In many cases, providing an experience letter that includes the entire duration of an individual's association with a company, including internship and subsequent employment, is not uncommon, especially when the person transitions from an intern to a full-time employee. However, it's important to ensure that the information provided in the experience letter is accurate and reflects the actual nature of the individual's involvement with the company.
If the intern was given a job offer after the internship and subsequently worked for three years, it's reasonable to include both the internship and the subsequent employment period in the experience letter. This provides a comprehensive overview of her time with the company
Company Policies:
Review your company's policies regarding the issuance of experience letters. This might provide guidance on what information can be included and under what circumstances.

A.Dear Sir,
Nothing wrong to show that she had worked as intern for 6 months and thereafter worked as regular employee. Such experience certificate may be signed by Managing Director.
