my husband iltreated me and went to do black magic on me so by knowing i came to my native without saying him.is he file police complaint r divorce. if so wt type of case he may file.

A.He can file for restitution of conjugal rights against you or can file a divorce petition against you..it all depends what he is expecting from you.

In court, better you file case against him for ill treatment as stated above.
