ICICI abuse ICICI abuse

Hello Sir,
I Thudi Anvitha Reddy, a resident of Medipally. As soon as I graduated I have secured a job at Amazon, as part of Onboarding we needed a salary account, There were few bank personals and I choose ICICI considering it to be a well reputed one, along with the salary account they also gave me a credit card and some other card.
While I was working, I used the account and card, and was paying my bills on time. I lost my job at Amazon in August 2019 due to some medical reasons, and some personal issues. And confirm that I did not have access to my mobile or bank account from a month or two after losing my job. And lost track of any usage of account or purchases made on my account.
In February 2023 I started receiving calls stating that I started receiving calls saying I have card bills and loans unpaid. I have also visited the bank on 1st march, 2023 and enquired if I had any unpaid bills or loans on my account. They said that I didn’t have any unpaid loans but have a credit card bill. I enquired how much was it, they said it was around 18000 and I was so shocked to know that, They even mentioned activity on my account. However suspecting it to used from my close quarters but not banks problem I decided to pay the bill and close the account by revisiting the bank once I have money.
Shortly the bank persons started calling me and pressurising me for bills from different different numbers. I kept saying that I will visit the bank and sort this, they constantly saying that I have pending personal loan and gave me lot of trouble and even threatened to come and came to my home on 18th April 2023. I never said I will not pay, all I requested was full information on the concern and time and then visit the bank to pay directly but they gave me lot gave me a lot of stress and mental pressure with though not a reason for my health but worsened it to the core to get Hospitalized on 20th April 2023.
In order to not get further harassed when I got a message on Whatsapp from 8340053183, I told them, I didn’t authorize the card but visited the bank and got to know about it and told about my medical problems and asked for the minimal amount to be paid to close this issue and the bank account too, they he said 9000/- and then He again mentioned about personal loan and said that I hold 4 cards from ICICI, and this is so worrisome, he also gave me the full card numbers at this point of time I am so worried, how can some one just say whole numbers, and I doubted him to be a fraud and asked for his name and employee id multiple times during the chat conversation, He didn’t give that, but kept on calling and insisted to talk instead as it will hold no record.
And even during the conversation as I was very angry with this due and expressed my disbelief and hatred for the bank and requested to help with the total due of the account, so that I can pay and close the account, Instead on showing empathy he kind of taunted me texting “Pay and then Hate”. Though I asked to the total due and agreed to pay, he made to feel so devastated as if I am a defaulter.
As per Banking Law except authorised staff in Bank staff no third person except customer can see or know the account information.
I would here by like to lodge a complaint against the caller if he is a bank related employee for mishandling the information, and if he is nowhere related to the bank I would like to register a complaint against him Under Section 157 in the code of criminal procedure, 1973 for obtaining secure information by illegal means.
And also lodge a complaint against the ones who called me and threated me around 20th April resulting in hospitalization and ending up paying One Lakh One thousand rupees as bill.
I hold all the proofs of the above-mentioned allegations against people calling on the name of ICICI.

A.Dear client,
Under the Indian Penal Code, bank harassment can be punished under several sections. Section 506 deals with criminal intimidation, and anyone who threatens another person with injury or harm can be punished with imprisonment for up to two years or with a fine, or both. If the threat is to cause death or grievous hurt, the punishment can be imprisonment for up to seven years. In the context of bank harassment, a bank employee who threatens a customer with legal action or harm may be liable under this section.
The Information Technology Act, 2000, also provides provisions to punish bank harassment. Section 66D deals with cheating by impersonation by using a computer resource, and anyone who uses a computer resource to cheat by impersonating another person can be punished with imprisonment for up to three years or with a fine, or both. In the context of bank harassment, bank employees who create fake social media accounts to harass customers may be liable under this section.
Legal remedies for bank harassment include filing a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman, filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum, filing a criminal complaint, or filing a civil suit. In a civil suit, the person can seek compensation for the losses suffered as a result of the bank's harassment.
