How to prove my innocence from the allegations and abuse by my wife How to prove my innocence from the allegations and abuse by my wife

I am married for 9 years now with 2 children. Eversince I am married, I have been accused of abusement and arguments at home. With the a year of my marriage, my wife separated me with my parents. My wife keeps finding faults in me and my parents and even she did not spare fighting with my brother and his family. Everytime I attempt to set things right and to get together, she would find fault and make it a big argument. She always calls her parents and turns the plates stating I am abusing her, she would cry loudly and make a drama. My kids are suffering a lot due to our arguments at home. She doesn't allow me to talk to my parents, she wouldn't allow my kids to talk to my parents. She threatens to commit suicide and puts blame on me by calling her parents. I am unable to take this pressure and need suggestion to prove my innocence

A.Dear client,
If you have been falsely accused or wrongly implicated in a complaint filed under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), you may want to consider filing a counter complaint or counter charge against the person who made the original complaint. In order to file a counter complaint, you must first hire a lawyer.
