If a woman takes out her personal pictures and shares them with a person, can legal action be taken against that woman?

A.Dear client,
Showing or sending a woman pornographic or sexually explicit material without her consent is a form of sexual harassment under Section 354A of the IPC. The perpetrator of such a crime can be punished with 3 years of imprisonment, or a fine, or both. However, there are no laws per se that talk about women sharing personal pictures. You can file a complaint in the IT Act
