I have cleared SSC CGL exam now I need to fill an attestation form in which their is a question stating "have you ever been detained?"
Now my question is when I was studying in class 12 a friend of mine has committed Suicide due to which I was called by the police for questioning. The police asked me questions for about an hour then released me. Now my question is should I consider this as detainment.
A.Dear client,
It is not considered as detainment.
The condition of being under restraint or in custody is called detainment.
