Company is not refunding my security deposit Company is not refunding my security deposit

I had submitted the security deposit of 25k as a demand draft in favour of company for confirming my job. After 2 months we ask for refund as they are not giving my joining. They said they will refund our money but still they are making excuses like if they will get the update they will let us know. It's been 10 days but they are not responding to our phone calls and messages. So , i want to file a complaint against the company. I want to know how to file a complaint and what is the procedure

A.Dear client,
You must serve a legal notice on the company and contact the relevant Labour Commissioner's office or the Chief Inspector's office, shops, and establishments to file a complaint against the company for resolution of your grievance.

A.Dear Sir,
You just walk into any nearest police station along with your other victims and lodge a complaint against the company with all the proofs having deposited Rs.25k as security.

A.Dear Client,
If you possess the money receipt of the security deposit or a copy of the demand draft and if the Company did not offer you employment showing different excuses then such an arbitrary and unfair action on the part of the employer is termed as unfair labour practice. Then, for such an arbitrary action of the Company, you need to serve a legal notice to the Company and reach out to the office of the Labour Commissioner concerned or the office of the Chief Inspector, shops, and establishment for filing a complaint against the company for redressal of your grievance.
