Brought a Flat from Builder (DCGPA Holder) in Feb 2018, After completing my First Milestone(20% payment) builder given AOS in Dec 2018, in between Oct 2018 builder did saledeed to others for the same flat without having GHMC and RERA Approval for the apratment, Reputed Banker also given loan to me without doing proper due deligence, banker disbursed 50% of the loan to builder and i'm forced to pay Full EMI by the bank after maratorium period for flat which in not mine.Project halted for the last 3 years due to one land owner filed suit on builder resulting high court stay on the apartment.
Requesting expert advice and how can i get justice....

A.Dear client,
If the property is sold it is not wise to continue to pay EMI’s since the purchaser is liable to pay EMI’s. In the meanwhile you may share the copies of AOS and Sale Deed with any local lawyer and get appropriate legal advise.

What action to be taken on Banker (Nationlised Bank), b'cos of his negligence (without proper scrutiny of the property documents during the loan approval) I'm paying monthly EMIs for the someone Flat

A.Dear Sir,
If property is sold it is not wise to continue to pay EMI’s since the purchaser is liable to pay EMI’s. In the meanwhile you may share the copies of AOS and Sale Deed with any local lawyer and get appropriate legal advise.
