I requested to many times to come to home, but she rejected, and a file Divorce in court, she immediately filed a DVC on me and parents they are 70 + years old and now she want to maintenance and resident order. can suggest how can i avoid interim maniteancace and residence order
A.Dear client,
There is no such provisions of law for the husband, who can avoid liability of maintaining his wife. For obtaining order of maintenance a few conditions r to b satisfied by d wife. It is not clear from ur queries that 1) whether ur wife is self independent or not, whether she had remarried or not
In short it is ur duty of a husband to maintain his wife. Rest of the things can be opined through detail discussion in the matter.

A.Dear Sir,
Your parents names may be deleted from the DV case. If your wife is earning member then you need not pay any maintenance to her.
