A.Dear Client,
If the admission fees are refundable on time-bound cancellation of admission as per the admission policy expressly mentioned either in the Admission Form or in the prospectus of the college, then you may ask for a refund of admission fees paid to the college at the time of admission provided you opt for cancellation of admission within the time limit. But in case the admission fees are non-refundable and it is expressly mentioned in the admission form or prospectus, the chance of getting the refund of admission fees appears to be almost remote even through litigation because by accepting the express terms of admission you get yourself admitted to the college.

A.Dear client,
In case any university or college neglects to refund the fees, students will have the option to submit complaints regarding such institutions through the online complaint redressal portal of UGC at samadhaan.ugc.ac.in. As per the UGC guidelines, fees can be refunded before the expiry of 1 month since the time of paying it
