Court case with Fake Promissory note
My father took a hand loan of 1.5 lakhs from his friend sambaya, They have written an agreement of repayment with the interest of 2 present. Sambaya also took our house documents but never mentioned that in the arrangement. Sambaya died soon after. Their family members started asking for money. We tried to negotiate with them but never got a reply from them regarding house documents. Later on we got to know that the documents were kept with Kiran who gave samabaya the amount. We have tried to negotiate with Kiran but he told us that he does not have our documents. Now after 6 months we have received summons from court asking my father to attend the court. Kiran has filed a case on my father with a fake promissory note by forging my fathers signature. He also submitted our house documents to court.
