Regarding promotion
Respected sir/madam My aunt has got compassionate employment in 2004 as a cook. In 2010 she got a permanent order and her designation changed from cook to police station cleaner. She has been claiming for the post of office assistant since 2010. Till now she has not been given any promotion. My question is whether her service from 2004 will be taken into consideration for promotion or from the date of permanent order which she got it in 2010. Thank you

A.Dear Sir,
From the date of permanent only it will be considered. Better approach the Service Tribunal or HC for necessary relief, it will be considered sympathetically an some relief will given by the High Court.
