Legal heir certificate issue

As per hindu succession act, when class1 legal heirs are alive and after they applied for legal heir certificate (class 1). If Class2 legal heirs also ask to consider as legal heirs what decision court will take? (for married male) All dependants are legal heirs? Who are class 1 legal heirs for deceased married male?
A.Dear Client,
As per Sec.8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, the following heirs are treated as Class -I heirs whose right/claims to intestate property of the deceased owner prevail over the Class-II heirs, Class -I heirs are - Son; daughter; widow; mother; son of a pre-deceased son; daughter of a pre-deceased son; son of a pre-deceased daughter; daughter of a pre-deceased daughter; widow of a pre-deceased son; [son of a pre-deceased daughter of a pre-deceased daughter; daughter of a pre-deceased daughter of a pre-deceased daughter; daughter of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased daughter; daughter of a pre-deceased daughter of a pre-deceased son] of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son; daughter of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son; widow of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son.

As per the Hindu succession act, the class 1 heirs take precedence over class 2 heirs. The class 2 heirs will come into picture only when class 1 heirs are not available
