I ordered a sofa from Dash furniture BTM layout from Bangalore on July 31. As per their commitment in email they were supposed to deliver on Aug 15, but they missed it. They delivered wrong sofa twice (Aug1 and Aug8)to my home and they acknowledge it was incorrect. They brought wrong sofa installed it and took it back twice. Finally missed deadline of aug15. Aug 20 they said they are ready. But given delay, multiple errors from them I am asking them to pay damages. They are adding an ottoman but that’s not sufficient for the damages. My Time and energy spent in the matter was long. I want them to get ottoman plus another item worth Rs50000. They are declining refund and the amount I am asking
