my grand father had his own property in T Narasipura talluk, mysore district, after his death it transfer to my grand mother, after my father death my auncl made will to his wife from my grandmother, now property registered to my aunt, now grand mother is expired, i wanted to file a case against my aunty but am staying in banglore, can i file a case in banglore civil court.

A.Dear client,
Let us tell you that you may file a civil case irrespective of your residence or domicile. However, you must make sure that the Court you want to file a case has jurisdiction to hear your case and your cause of dispute falls within that particular court's ambit
