A.Dear client,

No employer can deny the experience certificate to his employees unless he has cheated his employer or ran away without fulfilling his assignments prescribed by the company.

It is every employee’s right to receive an experience certificate. Even there is no need to serve on notice period for the experience certificate. You want to serve notice period in companies for your salary.

Your employer deliberately can’t discredit the employee by spreading any misinformation on the particular employee to sabotage his career or acting in any way that brings disrepute to his employee’s reputation. The employee always should be truthful his employee’s work and reputation even after he has left the company.
If employee deliberately denies you an experience certificate are :

First, send him a letter requesting for the Experience certificate and set a time frame for the receiving of the same. If he doesn’t reply or comply with your request you send him a legal notice requesting the same. I really want to mention here most of the employers avoid going courts when they really know that they are guilty. .So most of the employers give experience certificate as early as possible. If some employer is not budging to even for the legal notice then you can move to the labor department, you can also file a civil complaint under the section of labor laws … You can also file a civil lawsuit in courts. There are quite a few options to protect employees from harassments and abuses.

A.Dear Client,
Being aware of the fact that you worked with a non-registered BPO, whose working experience certificate will not serve any purpose, now if you compel them to issue the experience certificate even through litigation, can this certificate serve any purpose to you? So, if the experience certificate of an unregistered company is required you may serve a legal notice to the Company and can file a complaint against the Company before the concerned Labour Commissioner for non-issue of the experience certificate by the company on cessation of employment.
