Brother had agreed to equal partition of our late father's equity shares , which are in joint name of father & mother , now without our knowledge bro, transferred the trading a/c to another bank where he added his name, removed deceased father's name , hiding details of new trading &demanding a/c , want to send him notice asking him to disclose the facts,
how much will lawyers charge to send him a legal notice?
