I am an Australian born ( and passport holder) Buddhist monk living in India with a valid 5 year tourist evisa.
I am a Buddhist monk involved with spiritual and Charitable activities at Bodh Gaya, Bihar State.
I am a Buddhist monk who was first ordained at Bodh Gaya in 2001 and soon after ordained again with HH Dalai Lama.
I want to convert my current evisa to an X3 entry visa applicable for Buddhist monks. Is it possible for me to convert my evisa in this way?
A.Dear client,
Conversion application can be done online, through the official website of the Indian Bureau of Immigration. The form should include details including the current visa number, country of issue, expiry date, contact information, etc. Post the online application, a physical application should be given to the FRO/FRRO
