A.The first step could be to have a polite and respectful conversation with your neighbor. Explain the situation and express your concerns about how it's affecting your business. They might not be aware of the impact they're causing and may be willing to make changes. If your neighbour isn't then you might send a cease and desist letter to your neighbor. This formal letter outlines your concerns and legal basis for them to stop their actions.

A.Dear Client,
If the premises that are blocked unauthorisedly by your neighbor shopowner is a public place, you need to bring the matter to the notice of the concerned Municipal Authority by way of complaint to get the unauthorized blockage removed from the said public place failing which after serving a legal notice to the neighbor shopowner, file an eviction suit against the errant shopowner before the Civil Court impleading the Municipal Authority as a party to the said eviction suit. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
