A.Dear Client,
From the contents of your query, it sounds like a criminal conspiracy as defined u/s.120A IPC. Section 120A of the I.P.C. defines criminal conspiracy as an agreement of two or more persons to do or cause to be done an illicit or illegal act, or; an act that is not illegal by illegal means and punishable u/s.120B IPC that says whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy other than a criminal conspiracy to commit an offense punishable as aforesaid shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding six months, or with fine or with both. Thus from the trend of approach and nature of the transaction, you should make yourself alert to feedback from all sources regarding such financial transactions.
