Vahicle Insurance Policy related

I renewed my car insurance policy on 13/08/23 through Tata AIG's app. The payment was debited from my SBI credit card and the policy generated and I received policy documents at my mailing address on 13/08/23.But my policy has not been updated till now on Tata's portal.
I mailed Tata customer support regarding the issue. They said, due to technical clicks, your payment has been reversed to your account now. Now the policy has expired. I do not understand why my policy expired without any mistakes on my side. After that, they sent me a payment link for the same payment, then I made repayment again while the policy was still not reflecting on the portal.
Now they told me that your policy has expired and re-generated only after inspection of the vehicle while I already renewed my policy before its expiry date. Please suggest I can take any legal action against the tata AIG company as this conflict arises due to the tata AIG end.
You can contact customer care support to resolve this issue. Or you can visit their office to show the proof of payment. If it is not resolved this way, then you can send them a legal notice.
You need to lodge your grievance first with the GRO, the Grievance cell of the Insurer, and if no suitable response is received from the GRO, then make a complaint before the Insurance Ombudsman concerned for redressal of your grievance. You can also lodge a complaint online with the IRDA for redressal of your grievance.
