two of my friends who are working as a carpenter in my flat & they want to stay with me in my flat till the work done. but according to the maintenance company they can't stay in my flat with me as they are the labour & any kind of miss-hap may happen so, they need to stay out side my flat & out side my complex for security reason where as they already submitted their identity proof for security reason.

A.Dear Client,
In a gated housing Society, except for your family members, outsiders are not allowed to stay on campus at night because of safety and security reasons. Outsiders are permitted based on their identity and resident owners' joint declaration and allowed to work during the day hours only for a specific period as requested by the flat owners.
