Recovery agency has right to visit my office and share my loan details with HR and other colleagues

First of all, an agent is not supposed to visit you unless the bank has provided you sufficient notice. Such notice would include reminders via letters or phone calls. A recovery agent cannot discuss the details of the case with any other person unless the borrower has given permission to do so.
You can file a complaint at the local police station and you can also file a case againt them.

Agents can only contact the borrower at a place specified by him between 7 am and 7 pm or at any time specified by him. An agent is not supposed to visit you unless the bank has provided you with sufficient notice. Such notice would include reminders via letters or phone calls. So, a Recovery agency has no right to visit your office and share your loan details with HR and other colleagues without your permission and prior notice from the Bank. If they do so you need to file a complaint against the Recovery Agent to the concerned Bank.
