I haven't been scammed but there are people who lure other innocent guys to give fake reviews to thier companies. Is there any legal procedure to sue the main company. For ex: If I get a call from some x person saying that I will get 200₹ to create a review for company B on amazon and google, it's surely a fake review so can we directly file a case against the company B who is trying to get fake reviews. I have tried to contact some other people who gave the review and they all were also scammed by the same person X.
