Cheated by Police Constable Cheated by Police Constable

Hi
I was cheated by Vijayawada police Constable. I work in London so he is taking advantage. I transferred some cash to a loan broker for processing fee. He couldn’t process it. I asked a friend’s cousin who is a Constable. He met loan broker & took my money and not responding to me. He’s not answering my calls. I have proofs. Can someone please help me how to file a case against him?
Thank you.

A.Dear Client,
In the absence of strong and cogent proof supporting your claim/complaint against a public servant, your complaint may not be entertained by the disciplinary authority of the concerned department. So, consult with an Advocate with all your evidence for guidance and steps

A.Dear client,
Complaints against police officers should ideally be submitted by post to the chairman or member secretary of the State Police Complaints Authority. The complaint may be written in English, Kannada or any other language.
