Sir i want to withdraw my admission and return my money as per company policy
A.Dear Client,
If the terms of the admission policy of the Institute specify that on cancellation of admission, the cost of admission fees/charges shall be refunded to the candidate, you can claim it and on denial by institute, you need to file a civil suit for recovery of money from the Institute.

A.Dear Client,
If you wish to withdraw your admission and get a refund as per the company policy, you should follow these steps:
1. Review the company policy: Carefully read the terms and conditions or the admission policy of the company or institution where you have enrolled. Look for any provisions or clauses related to the withdrawal of admission and refund of fees. Pay close attention to any deadlines or requirements specified in the policy.
2. Communicate your intention to withdraw: Notify the company or institution in writing about your intention to withdraw your admission. Provide a clear and concise explanation of your reasons for the withdrawal. Make sure to mention the relevant policy clauses that support your request for a refund.
3. Follow the prescribed procedure: Check if there is a specific procedure outlined in the company policy for withdrawing admission and requesting a refund. Follow that procedure and provide any necessary documentation or forms as required. You may also need to return any materials or items provided to you during your admission process.
4. Keep records of your communication: Maintain a record of all communication with the company or institution. This includes emails, letters, or any other form of written communication. This will be useful as evidence in case there are any disputes or issues down the line.
5. Seek legal advice if necessary: If the company or institution fails to comply with their stated policy or refuses to refund your money, it is advisable to seek legal advice from a lawyer specializing in contract or consumer law. They can assist you in understanding your rights and options and guide you on how to proceed.
Please note that the specific procedure and legal options may vary depending on the company's policies, the applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and any agreements or contracts you may have signed.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client
If you want to do that then you need to write a letter to the institute/company where you had applied and seek the them. If they don't listen then you can take legal action.
