I have call recording for the below conversation, I gave an amount to my friend of 18500 for 2 days as a loan in January but he didn't return that amount till now and also he is not answering for my calls. I need my money back what should I do?
I don't have the address.
I paid that amount to his wife's as a UPI Transfer.

A.Dear Client,
In the absence of details of borrower or any written documents that support your claim, the chance of getting back your money from that unidentified borrower appears to be almost unviable even through litigation.

A.Dear client,
You can send a legal notice to him demanding the money. If there is no reply from his side, then you can file a money recovery suit against your friend.
