Mere landlord ne meri shop pe kabja Kiya aur baad me ex parte stay laga diya. Mera 25 saal purana mobile business hai. There is 25 lakh ka stock in the shop. He did case saying that the shop is his. We have notory deposit of 1lakh 25 thousand rs 25 yrs back. We have electric bill, vat, gst, bank accounts etc all on that address. Case is going on date after date. That is the only source of our income. Three months have passed. Landlord might have stolen the stock and renovated shop by now. Worried. Mentally, physically, financially we are suffering. Any early remedy for that. Rent was given in hand. Since last few months he had stopped taking. So rent was sent by money order that too ws returned.
