Medical Negligence by A diagnostic center Medical Negligence by A diagnostic center

Greetings, everyone,
I want to share a story of medical negligence by a diagnostic center in Bangalore that occurred in Feb-March 2021.
One day, while I was at the office, my nose started bleeding profusely and wouldn't stop for an hour or two. I visited a nearby nursing home, and the doctor recommended a PNS scan at a diagnostic center. I went there and paid Rs. 3300 for the scan. The report I received on Feb 3, 2021, indicated:
Impression: Findings are suggestive of sinonasal polyposis as described above. Mildly deviated nasal septum towards the left side.
The doctor initiated treatment, but it proved ineffective. I changed doctors due to the ongoing bleeding and trauma. In the same nursing home, the new doctor decided to remove the polyposis and took me to the operating theater. To his surprise, something seemed off, so he contacted the same diagnostic center for a reinvestigation. Within 15 minutes, I received another report, stating:
Impression: Findings are suggestive of neoplastic etiology involving the left ethmoid air cells and extending into the nasal cavity on the left side and left anterior cranial fossa as described above. ---> Suggested HPE correlation. Mildly deviated nasal septum towards the left side.
As it turned out, the doctor had taken me to the OT for polyposis removal but ended up performing a biopsy that revealed cancer (Olfactory Neuroblastoma) on March 8, 2021. The trauma and pain I endured for almost 18-19 days were indescribable. I hesitated to complain, considering the doctor's family, but I believe we should address negligence. Can i Complaint now?
