Regarding Issue of Passport and Job Offer Regarding Issue of Passport and Job Offer

In 2013 an FIR was filed against me involving 4 individuals with under IPC 307. Later, I have been cleared from all
charges in the police chargesheet and my name is not currently associated with the case.
The case is currently in the process of being heard at District and Session Judge and the framing of charges by the court
has been completed in 2016. The current stage of the case is the presentation of evidence. I have never been summoned/arrested by
court/police. Other 3 person are on bail for that case. I want to know, Would this case counted as pending case against me for my passport
and Job applications?
What if police submitted the false report for that case?
