My teacher taked my phone for bringing it but it was permitted to bring phone during arts and so many other's phone is captured but given back and kept mine only for having some of my photos
With my friends and also they dig into my phone

A.Dear client,
School cannot retain the mobile and is bound to return. You can file complaint with police against erring teacher and school administration. You are entitled to phone.

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
Nobody can dig into your private affairs. You may lodge complaint with educational officers like BDO Block Educational Officers and if you are minor then get such complaint lodged by your parents.
