Employer not paying my salary for the ast 3 months now he is to threatening.
I have worked on a shop for the past 3 months. He didn't pay a single rupee to me. He said that he was arranging the money. Now he has closed that branch and didn't pay any amount. After asking again and again he is not paying and threatening to beat me. What should I do now.
Approach Labour Commission: If an employer doesn't pay up your salary, you can approach the labour commissioner. They will help you to reconcile this matter and if no solution is provided by the labour commissioner then this will hand over this matter to the court whereby a case against your employer may be pursued.
In the prevailing situation, reach out to the office of the Inspector, appointed under the Shops & Establishment Act by the respective State Govt. to file a complaint against the shop owner for recovery of your dues and redressal of your grievance.
