A.Dear Client,
To resolve your situation and get your driver's license back after a traffic challan that was transferred to the regular court, you should follow these general steps:

Contact the Traffic Police Department: Begin by contacting the local traffic police department or the court that has jurisdiction over your case. You may need to visit their office or check their website for contact information.

Obtain Details of Your Case: Request the details of your challan, including the case number, fine amount, and the court where it was transferred.

Appear in Court: You will likely be required to appear in court on the specified date. Ensure you have all the necessary documents, such as your driver's license, identification, and any relevant paperwork.

Pay the Fine: If the court orders you to pay a fine, ensure that you pay it promptly. You may be able to pay the fine at the court itself or through an online payment portal, depending on the procedures in your jurisdiction.

Attend Any Hearings: If there are hearings scheduled, attend them as required. Be prepared to present any evidence or information related to your case.

Request License Reinstatement: Once you have resolved the case and paid any fines or penalties, request the reinstatement of your driver's license. This may involve submitting an application or request to the relevant authorities.

Follow Court Orders: Comply with any court orders or requirements imposed as a result of your case. Failure to do so may result in further legal consequences.

Check the Status: Periodically check the status of your driver's license through your local DMV or equivalent agency to ensure it has been reinstated.

Please note that the specific procedures and requirements can vary by jurisdiction, so it's essential to follow the instructions provided by your local traffic police or court.
Thank you.
