To get my original certificates To get my original certificates

Hello Sir,

I joined in a school as a teacher on May 15, 2023. And due to my personal reasons I'm not able to continue my work. I gave my resignation letter to my coordinator last week but they didn't update that to principal mam. Today I spoke to principal mam, regarding my resignation but she didn't hear my words. She didn't give a minute for me to talk, to tell my problem, she just walked away. This hurted me alot. I write this to get few details. My original certificates are with this institution and need to get them back. I already told them that I'll pay my one month salary and get my certificate but they are asking me to appoint a candidate in my position and then leave which is not possible for me. Kindly help me out to get back my certificates.

Thank you
Madhu

A.Dear Client,
Any teacher of a school established, owned, or controlled by the appropriate Government may submit his or her grievance in writing to the Convener or Member Secretary of the School Management Committee (SMC) which is the first level of grievance redressal at the School level failing which complaint can be lodged to NCTE by addressing the letter directly to the Nodal Officer (Complaints), NCTE and giving the specific facts of the matter. The complaints can also be lodged directly by sending an email to [email protected]. Once you tender your resignation for any reason whatsoever, the existing Head or managing committee of the shool cannot withhold your relieving letter or original certificates kept by them outrightly to pressurise or force you to review your decision of resignation which will be termed as unfair practices. You may escalate your grievance before the Dist. Inspector of the School or the Public Grievance Cell of DM office for such an arbitrary and unfair action of the School management. Despite all these actions, in case your grievance remains unresolved, then make an application for a General Diary(GD) for said original documents which were kept unauthorisedly by the School authority on cessation of employment and inform to Chairperson, State Women Commission and District Legal Services Authority for necessary action.
