How can I file complaint against my friend who is scamming for 10 years in meter by showing low reading in electricity bill
A.Dear Client,
If you are a registered consumer of the power supply company/agency, then you need to file an application for a check-up of the condition or functioning of the electronic meter installed in your house or any other place that reported misreading of a unit of consumption of electricity. In the course of the check-up of the meter, the technical expert of the power supply company can ensure you whether the meter is running properly or not or whether any electronic device is used for showing lower consumption of power to evade payment of electricity charges actually payable by the consumer/user and such an act on the part of a consumer would be treated as theft of electricity and accordingly consumer may face cut off the supply of power connection, legal consequences including the fines/penalty.
