When i was born in 2000 there was no any necessarily and priority to get birth certificate at that time in Bihar so My mother's name in all educational certificate i.e., 10,12,Graduation is differ from mentioned in birth certificate (My mother's aadhar, pan name match my birth certificate mother's name). I got my passport also on the basis of educational marksheet mother's name.
Now only birth certificate mother's name is differ from all of my documents but the problem is birth certificate mother's name is her original aadhar pan name.
So I got affidavit with non judicial Rs100 stamp and notarized at subdivision court mentioned that both the person are same attested all documents with mine, dad, mom aadhar copy.
Now I want to change my birth certificate mother's name accordingly my educational marksheet(10th,12th,Graduation), passport but not accordingly her aadhar ,pan name.
Will My district court help me because it will be easy to amend birth certificate rather than amend passport,10th,12th,College Marksheet

A.Dear Client,
Some states have even introduced the service of correcting the details of Birth Certificates online. Step 1- Send in an application to the Issuing Authority: write an application to the Registrar of Births and Deaths under your Municipal Corporation. Step 2- Produce documents supporting the change sought, Step 3: Undergo the verification stage After you have submitted all the documents and applications, the Registrar will either accept it or reject it. Step 4: Publish name change in a local newspaper. After the issuing authority approves your application, you should publish a small advertisement in the local newspaper, as a public declaration. Step 5: Publication in the official gazette. In order to have your name recognized legally, you need to publish it in the State Gazette. Once published, obtain copies of the gazette publication where your advertisement appears for all future purposes. There is a mandatory fee that you should pay at the time of submitting the application, depending on the state rules. However, the fee is nominal. Obtain a copy of the newly modified Birth Certificate from the Registrar of Births and Deaths. You can change the information on your birth certificate once in your lifetime. Be extremely cautious, as whatever is included in the new certificate will follow you for the rest of your life. So, it is always advisable to seek the assistance of a professional service provider.
