My father's middle name is missing in my passport but the middle name is there in all other documents ! Will I get any problems

You have to apply for a "Re-Issue" of your passport at the nearest Passport Seva Kendra(PSK). Two public documents issued from Govt of India showing your father's correct name i.e, Birth certificate, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, School Leaving certificate etc. Original public documents have to be produced at the counter of PSK for verification. You can file an application for correction online as well as offline to the passport authority. To obtain a re-issued passport with the updated name, it is necessary to provide the original passport as a part of the submission process.
