ITR HRA claim ITR HRA claim

I am showing Rs X being paid by me to my mother as house rent. I have also filed my mothers ITR taking the rent as the source of income. I have also transferred around 70% of X directly to my mothers account.
I have filed my ITR but my form 16 did not show any HRA exemption claimed by me, so there is a mismatch query raised on my ITR. I am having two options to respond-
1. The claim of refund is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. Return of Income is being revised wherein, correct claim of refund shall be made.
Which option should I select in this case ?

Correcting the Information: Since your Form 16 did not show the HRA exemption claimed by you, there is a mismatch between the income reported by you and the income reported by your employer. By selecting option 2, you indicate that you are in the process of revising your return to correct this discrepancy.
