My friend borrowed and cheated me
My friend borrowed and cheated me, I deposited many cash in his account, but have only 2 slips to prove. How do I obtain deposit slip or the accused bank account to submit to court as evidence
A.Dear Client,
When you deposit the cash in the Bank account of your friend through the prescribed Pay-in-Slip of the Bank, is there any option in the said pay-in-slip confirming that you are depositing the said cash as a loan to your friend? So, in the absence of any written agreement or promissory note executed between you and your friend regarding a loan, the pay-in-slip of the Bank is of no use and will not serve any purpose in claiming a refund of the loan amount from your friend even through litigation before the Court. Instead, on litigation before the Court, you may face backfiring if your so-called friend files a counterclaim against you in the Court claiming the outstanding loan you borrowed from him with any manufactured documents and if you fail to prove that manufactured document.

A.Dear,
obtaining deposit slips or bank records as evidence in a legal case typically involves the following steps:
Contact Your Bank: Start by contacting your own bank, where you made the cash deposits. Explain the situation to your bank and request copies of the deposit slips or transaction records for the deposits you made into your friend's account. Banks typically keep records of transactions, and they may be able to provide you with the necessary documentation.
