Credit card - paid my monthly due Credit card - paid my monthly due

I paid my monthly due and my transaction was successful but due to server error or some technical issue, the banks payment gateway didn’t receive the payment. Now the collection manager is asking me to make another payment of my bill stating that the previous amount will get reversed to your original account. I am a middle class salaried person who earns monthly 30-32k. I know how I managed to pay 52000. And the guy is asking me to pay 52000 again. He is calling me and sending me messages back to back literally harassing me. I told him that I cannot make another payment until the previous payment gets reversed to my account. He still doesn’t understand that. What should I do in this case please help me out.

A.Dear Client,
You are absolutely on the right track taking the stand that until and unless you previous payment gets reversed to your account, you will not opt for another payment against the scheduled EMI. In case you are facing repeated calls or harassment from the concerned Bank then bring the matter to the higher authority of the Bank through a written complain to resolve the matter failing which a complaint under the RBI integrated Ombudsman scheme, 2021. shall be made online on the portal (https://cms.rbi.org.in). The complaint is to be made to the Ombudsman within one year after the complainant has received the reply from the concerned Bank to the complaint or, where no reply is received, within 30 days from the date of the complaint.

A.Dear Client,
Make sure you have records of your initial payment, including transaction details, receipts, and any communication with the collection manager. If the collection manager continues to harass you with excessive calls and messages, you can send a written communication (email or letter) requesting that they cease all communication with you regarding the debt until the matter is resolved. Under the law, debt collectors cannot use abusive or unfair practices. If the bank is uncooperative in resolving the issue, you can file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman, a government-appointed authority to resolve disputes between customers and banks.
