How to Compromise during contempt of court
7 months ago
During the period of stay my relative had sold one of the shop under the disputed area against which I was about to file a case but my relative apologized and wants to compromise without going through any legal action against him. The problem is the new buyer of the shop is not ready to leave it by any means. So is there any legal solution through which me and my relative can compromise and skip out the new buyer from the property both the thing together without going through any long procedure?
A.Dear Client,
Being aware of the status of a shop that is situated in a disputed area, no compromise or settlement out of Court can resolve the matter for the parties involved in the transactions.

A.Dear Client, if the sale of the shop was done improperly or under duress, it may be possible to seek the cancellation of the sale deed in court.
