sir/ mam i am a student pursuing btech 4th year..recently during ganesh chaturthy me along with my friends went to book lorry for ganesh nimarjan it was around night 2.30am and the patroling officers caught us thinking we were manhandling the truck driver but actually which was not....next day they charged us for sections 107,108,109,110 crpc and made us to sign bond of good behaviour...is there any way to get out of it and will it effect my career
