A.Dear Client,
Your brother quits the job without serving any notice after two days of joining or even without protests against any unfair or unethical action of the Company and accordingly, for breach of contract he lost his right to claim back his deposited money from the company and instead your brother made him liable to face legal action if the company initiate the action apart from disciplinary action for unauthorized absence from the job that amounted to misconduct on the part of an employee. So, at the moment, considering the future career of your brother, instead of complaint or litigation, you need to negotiate the matter with the Company to resolve the matter amicably to protect the common interest of both.

Review the Terms and Agreement: Carefully review any documents, emails, or contracts related to the deposit payment. Check if there is a clear refund policy or any conditions for a refund. It's essential to understand the terms under which the deposit was made.

Attempt Direct Communication: Your brother should try to communicate with the company's HR or management and express the reason for his decision to quit. Request a refund politely and provide a valid explanation if there was a legitimate reason for his departure.

Check Local Labor Laws: Research the labor laws and employment regulations in your area or country. Some jurisdictions have specific laws regarding employee deposits and the conditions for their refund.

Consult Legal Advice: If direct communication with the company doesn't lead to a resolution and your brother believes he has a valid claim for a refund, consider seeking legal advice. Consult with a labor attorney or legal aid organization to understand your legal options and whether it's worth pursuing a complaint.

Write a Formal Request: If your brother decides to pursue a refund, he can draft a formal written request for the deposit refund, including any relevant details and agreements. Keep a copy of this request for reference.

Consumer Protection Agencies: In some countries, there are consumer protection agencies or labor departments that can assist employees with disputes against employers. You may want to contact such an agency for guidance or to file a complaint.

Online Reviews and Complaints: If the company remains uncooperative, your brother could consider posting reviews and complaints on online platforms and social media to bring attention to the situation. Companies may be more responsive to negative publicity.
